Arrivals & Departures

The following steps explain the arrival and departure process. Please read these instructions before your arrival to familiarize yourself with the process.

1 Once the booking is finished you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Selected Rentals with the information needed for your arrival. We will give you the complete address of the apartment and the name and phone number of your Selected Rentals contact person.

Please contact Selected Rentals if you do not receive an e-mail within 24 hours of making your reservation. Remember to check your spam folder just in case. Although it normally doesn't happen, the confirmation e-mail is treated as spam in some situations.

2 Before you arrive to the city you must call your Selected Rentals contact person in order to confirm the time of your arrival to avoid innecesary delay in your check-in. There is a late check-in fee of 30€ for arrivals after 22:00. We don't admit arrivals after 02:00am.

3 When you arrive to the apartment we will collect the remaining rental amount by transfer bank or credit card and the refundable fee in cash. At this time we will also need a valid credit card number to make sure the apartment and equipment are returned in good condition.

4 Once the payment is complete you will provide you with the keys of the aparment, and we will show it to you and give you instructions on how to use the equipment etc. If you wish, we will aso give you information regarding the sorrounding of the apartment and about the city.

5 During your stay at the apartment we ask you to contact Selected Rentals immediately if you find anything missing or in bad condition or if you accidentally break anything so that we can fix or settle whatever it is. We want you to enjoy your stay and not be inconvenienced by something which can be fixed or replaced.

6 The day of your departure your Selected Rentals contact person will be waiting for you at the arrenged time to:

  • Colect the apartment keys
  • Give you back the refundable fee (if there is any damage in the apartment or the equipment, the amount af the damage will be taken from the refundable fee. Should the amount of the fee not be enough, the remaining amount would be taken from your credit card).

7 We can book a taxi for you for your departure from the apartment if you notice us in advance.
